"I asked for a refund after..."
I asked for a refund after my order wasn’t working properly. Support took about a day to get back to me, which felt like a preventable delay, but they did refund the money in the end. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but they handled it fairly enough. I’d give it 4 stars overall.

"Ads got annoying quickly"
The app works okay for the most part, but the ads start popping up way too often. I’d be in the middle of using it and another one would show up, and that part was weird. It makes the whole experience feel more annoying than it needs to be

"Canceling worked, but I felt stupid for trusting them"
I used topfollow.app for a little while and eventually decided to cancel my subscription. It did go through in the end, but finding the cancel option was way more annoying than it needed to be. I had to click around for a while, and it made me feel kind of stupid for trusting them in the first place. There wasn’t any huge drama, and I did get a confirmation after canceling, so that part was fine. Still, the whole thing could be a lot clearer. Average experience overall

"Decent app, but the language feels a bit off"
I’ve been using this app here and there, usually when I’m sitting with my coffee in the morning, and overall it works fine. The main issue is that some pages are translated awkwardly, and a few local options I expected just aren’t there. It’s usable, but it definitely feels like it needs a little more attention for my language.

"No billing surprises, thankfully"
I was bracing myself for the usual billing drama, but there wasn’t any. The charges were laid out clearly from the start, and the renewal date was right there where I could actually see it. No hidden fees waiting to jump out later, which was a huge relief. Happy with the whole thing

The new features are actually solid, and the updates feel like a step in the right direction. That said, the app still has a slightly unfinished vibe because of a few bugs here and there. Overall, I’m happy with the progress, just hoping it gets a bit more polished.

I had a small issue with my account, so I reached out to support they got back to me quickly. They fixed it without making the whole thing feel complicated or stressful, which I really appreciated. Happy with how fast they responded... made the whole situation way easier than I expected.

"Pretty easy to use, just a little slow sometimes"
Well... I’ve found the app simple to use overall. Most of the buttons are right where I’d expect them to be, and it runs fine on my phone for the most part. Every now and then a page takes a little longer to load, which can be annoying, but it’s not a dealbreaker. Not perfect, but better than a few other apps I’ve tried. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Worked better than I expected"
I tried it on both my Android phone and my iPad, and it worked just fine on both. I was expecting at least a little trouble switching between devices, but I didn’t run into any issues.

"Setup was easy, thankfully"
I installed topfollow.app without any real hassle, which was a nice surprise. The setup only took a few minutes, and the steps were clear enough that I didn’t have to sit there guessing what to do next. After logging in, everything worked fine, so yeah, I’m happy with it. Always nice when an app actually does what it’s supposed to

I was able to follow the steps without too much trouble, at least for the part I needed. There were a couple spots where I felt like it skipped over details or assumed I already knew something, but I didn’t really get stuck. Overall, it worked fine for me.

"It works okay for what it…"
It works okay for what it is, but I can’t say I feel totally relaxed about the account safety side of things. They ask for some account access, and I really wish the privacy info was clearer or easier to find. I haven’t had any big problems so far, so that’s good, but I still wouldn’t use my main account with it tbh. Maybe I’m just being extra careful, but yeah… 3 stars form me.

"It worked, but don’t exaggerate the timing"
I’ll give them credit because the followers did show up in the end, but I’m annoyed they made it sound faster in the promo than it actually was. That part is on them. Still, the main claims were mostly true and it worked fine for me overall.

"Daily limits don't feel unfair"
I've been using Top Follow for a little while now, and the daily limits aren't bad at all. They keep you from overdoing it, but I still don't feel like I can't get enough done each day. It's simple to use, and I haven't had no major problems so far

"Feels fairly trusted, but I’d still be cautious"
I mostly went off what people in the community were saying, and topfollow.app seems to have a decent reputation. It doesn’t come across as anything overly fancy, but it looks like it does what users expect. That said, I wouldn’t just jump in blindly, I’d still check things out for myself first and be careful with any account or personal info. Overall though, the feedback I came across was mostly positive.

"Decent, but location support is confusing"
I tried topfollow.app recently, or at least I think it was earlier this week, and it seemed okay overall. The confusing part was that some options didn’t show up for my location, and at first I wasn’t sure if I had missed a step, waited too long, or if it just wasn’t available where I am.

If you’re in a supported country, maybe the experience is smoother. For me, it wasn’t completely useless, just limited. I’d give it 3 stars because it does kind of work, but they really need to make the country availability clearer from the start

I was a little nervous at first because I’ve been burned by tools that look easy but end up being a hassle or not doing what they promise. But setup was actually quick, and it connected fine with the accounts and platforms I needed. No weird surprises so far, which was a relief

"Referral rewards are easy to track"
I mostly use Top Follow for the referral side of things, and for that specific purpose, it’s been straightforward. When someone I refer signs up, I can usually check the reward status without having to click through a bunch of random pages.
One reward did sit as pending longer than I expected, but it eventually updated, so it wasn’t a big issue for me. I’d say if you’re mainly using it to keep an eye on referrals, it does the job without making things complicated.

I’d give it 3 stars because the coin earning is mostly fair, but it can feel slow for the amount of work you put in. Most tasks seem to count fine, so that part is okay, but the rewards could definitely be balanced better. I also wish there was some kind of follow-up when you have an issue or question, because it kind of feels like you’re left waiting with no response
